It’s My Time

Welcome to It’s About Time Services official first blog post.

It’s About Time Services provides Right Size, Down Size, Relocation and Personal Assistant services to busy people who have more committments than time. So basically everyone right? You might think so and I hear everyday ” Wow your services sound amazing and boy I could really use some help”. Our services are amazing and a fantastic idea, it was mine after all. The truth is most people will never give themselves permission to get the help they desperately need and deserve.

How do I know you might ask? Because I am exactly the person that needed help desperately but until very recently would never consider even mentioning I was feeling overwhelmed. Fair warning I tend to over share so I will attempt to be brief. I do not want to scare you away before we have time to get to know each other.

From a very young age I was shown by the women in my family you give 100% of yourself at all times. I also blame Helen Reddy and Jean Nate perfume ads. If I couldn’t bring home the bacon and still make you feel like a man, there was something seriously wrong with me.

So after 32 years of marriage, raising 4 children and working full time I came to the conclusion they lied, every last one of them lied.   As human’s we are hardwired for connection and it is time we all spend more time making connections and less time doing stuff. Stuff we don’t want to do, have no idea how to do or do not bring joy to our every day lives.  I am asking for help now and I am asking you to  give it a try yourself.

Consider taking baby steps and feel the relief that comes from removing small tasks from your list.

  • Fall clean up and organization
  • Cleaning out the garage so your car can be inside this winter
  • Sorting, packing and delivering donations to local mission.

The smallest projects finished bring relief and a sense of accomplishment.

It’s your time, how will you use it?

Everyone deserves help. Call us today so we can help you tomorrow.
